GOALIE
SCHOOL
July 28 - August 1, 2008
Up to 4 goalies will be accepted into each age group.
The goalies will be on the ice with their teammates but working with a
goalie instructor during the skill development portion of the program.
Our goaltending program deals with the latest training
techniques. Because of the individual attention, the program is for
any goalie from novice to the most experienced.
The staff of the Switaj Goalie School is coordinated by Bill Switaj,
former goalie at Boston College, current head coach at
Walsh Jesuit High School, a former Division I head coach and
current Coach-in-Chief of the Mid-American District of USA Hockey.
The curriculum of the goalie school is geared towards the physical and
mental challenges that are required to be a successful goaltender.
The program is geared to goalies ages 9-16.
